About Hallie
Founder of BeltStyles, LLC, in 2013, Hallie Belt is a 5-star resume writer and advertising agency editor / proofreader based in Chicago’s Gold Coast, offering one-on-one virtual writing and editing services.
For 15 years, Hallie has been a resume writer, collaborating directly with her clients to produce SEO-friendly, ATS-optimized resumes; succinct LinkedIn profiles; and attention-getting cover letters; she also provides them with valuable job-search strategies for their job search.
Equipped with an M.A. and a B.A. in English literature, Hallie has also been an ad agency editor for 20+ years. In this role, she assures the high quality of websites, emails, PPT presentations, marketing materials, social media posts, transcripts, voice-over copy, storyboards, and much more.
Additionally, Hallie was an adjunct lecturer in English composition for 15 years at Columbia College, Roosevelt University, Harold Washington College, and Austin Community College.
Hallie loves collaborating with and helping her clients clearly express their written message to increase their chances for success.
